The Mediterranean Salad: A fresh spring mix of bitter & sweet greens garnished with goat cheese, plum tomatoes & fresh herbs with a champagne vinaigrette. Freshly Baked Dinner Rolls with compound butter. Italian Pasta Salad with sun-dried tomatoes, penne rigate, fresh chopped basil infused dressing.

Main Entrée
Your guests will be served buffet style, one of the following:
- Sliced Tri-Tip of Beef with creamy horseradish sauce or
- Lemon Butter Garlic Breast of Chicken with champagne mushroom sauce served with fresh vegetables and chef's choice of potato

Grand Assiette Almond Pavilion Wedding Reception (Sit Down)

Add to the above "Grand" menu:
Dual Entrée of your choice:
- Sliced Tri-Tip of beef with forrestré sauce and Chicken Entrée of your choice: Marsala, Picatta, or champagne mushroom
                                         or
- Sliced Sterling Silver Prime Rib of Beef and fillet of herb crusted salmon
Everyone receives both entrées on their plate.

Full Service Wedding Package:

A. Saturday Evenings in April, May, June, September, and October ($8500 minimum).
B. Fridays, Sundays in April, May, June, September, and October ($6,000 minimum*).
C. Special pricing available for July and August. Call for details.

Ceremony Fees: Based on the number of guests attending. Add two hours the day of your reception and one hour prior to your wedding day for rehearsal.
