Traditional Company Picnic
Skinless, boneless chicken breast basted with lemon butter, garlic & herbs.- Our famous cowboy beans with trailside seasonings and Ortega chilis.
- Tossed green salad with our house made raspberry vinaigrette.
- Pasta salad Italiano; penne pasta with sundried tomatoes, vegetables, garlic, parmesan, dressed with olive oil & herbs.
- Parmesan garlic bread.
- Fresh fruit cascade tray with seasonal melons.
- House baked chocolate or white cake with frosting.
- Beverage station with lemonade, punch or iced tea (choose one).
- Cotton candy & snow cones for one hour.
Deluxe Company Picnic
In addition to the Traditional, add:
- Johnathan’s award winning, mesquite barbecued tri tip of beef served with bbq sauce & creamy horseradish.
- Cheeseburgers, hot dogs & appropriate condiments for the kids.
Grand Company Picnic
In addition to the Deluxe, add:
- Sweet corn on the cob.
